A Cheers Tours private charter is a fully planned and personalised experience. It requires time, care and organisation to make sure every detail is right for your group.

We understand that cost is an important consideration. As a guide, a fully catered, all-inclusive private charter for a minimum of six guests starts from approximately $190 per person.

    Reserve your preferred tour date once you are satisfied with your quote. The reservation deposit is $250. This is an important step as most Saturdays fill up very well in advance.
  4. Finalise your itinerary
    With your private wine tour in Margaret River date secured, we’ll work closely with you in the lead up to your tour to create an amazing tour itinerary. Cheers understands that managing your group and the venue wish list is not easy. But we are here to help and guide.   5. Payment
    You’re nearly there … paying for your tour at least 1-week before the date of travel is easy. Cheers can process the CC used for deposit or you can make alternative arrangements. Just get in touch with Juliette or Chris and we’re good to go!

    Cheers recommends that you consider a mix of Cellar Doors, Micro Breweries and Regional Gourmet Food venues when planning your Private Charter.

    Cheers can build a suggested itinerary for your group alternatively you might want to build your own itinerary.

    Cheers recommends you plan on each venue taking around 1 hour & 20 min including travel time. So, for a pickup time of 10.30 am and drop off at 5.30 am you can comfortably fit in 5 to 6 venues maximum this includes your lunch stop. 5 venues will give you a nice, relaxed flow through your day.

  • Lunch is the main meal offered on a Cheers Charter. Brewery or Winery lunch venues are available. As a guide Breweries tend to provide a less formal and affordable experience whilst a Winery venue can provide something special and personalised.

  • Cost of Private Charter:

    Cheers will provide a cost based on the information given in. Group numbers, change in venues, tasting fees charged at each venue and lunch bookings all affect the end cost of a Private Charter
